“China Wine Rating System For Global Wine” is created by the China National Food Industry Association and China Wine Top Committee. The rating system is based on the Chinese consumers’ drinking palette and Chinese consumers’ food culture.

The main purpose of this system:

  1. To offer information for the international producers to understand the preferences of Chinese wine consumers and the wine market.
  2. To improve Chinese consumers knowledge about wines’ taste.
  3. To set a standard for wine production and taste quality from the international standard to the Chinese wine standard.
