- He graduated from the Shanghai Jiao Tong University and received an MBA degree from Fudan University.
- In 1994, he was hired by E & J Gallo Winery, the largest family-owned winery in the United States, as the first Regional Manager to manage all wine business in China. (1994-2006)
- In 2006, he joined ASC Fine Wines Trading Corporation Limited, serving as Executive Vice President. The best and the biggest fine wine importer in Asia, having now become part of the Suntory Group of Japan. (2006-2010)
- In 2009, he established Shanghai En-Ray Company. He founded and invested on Mywine365.com, China’s most dynamic and popular B2B Website for fine wines. (2009-2016)
- From 2016 to now, he is the founder and CEO of WinEvaluator.
- He is a current member of the Grape Wine Expert Committee and is a national judge for wine in China.
- He is a consultant / director for multiple American and European food and wine societies to promote wines.
- He graduated with double majors from UC Berkeley University and received an MBA degree from Peter Drucker and Masatoshi University.
- In 1996, he started on the most successful media packaging and wine packaging business in California. (1996-2010)
- In 2002, he established a real estate business to acquire and develop commercial properties for future business growth. (2002 – current)
- In 2011, he started Arion Product Solutions (ArionPS) and Arion Service Solutions (ArionSS)
- ArionPS soon become the best and a unique beer, spirit and wine distributor to assist companies in exporting and importing products between China and USA. ArionSS soon become a well-established fulfillment, logistics and warehouse to service alcohol and other industries. (2011- current)
- From 2017 to now, he is the Director of Business Development (IT) for WinEvaluator.
- He is a current Director of Business Development for WinEvaluator focused on Canada, Mexico and USA wineries.
- He is a consultant / exporter for multiple American and South American breweries, distillies and wineries.
